his coming Saturday is a huge day for Nintendo. The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is going to be released in Japan. We all know that for some reason the Japanese are losing interest in Zelda fast. It makes me want to scream my lungs out…I simply don’t understand why they aren’t backing this series anymore. I think Wii Sports is great…but I definitely have to give the nod to Twilight Princess over it.

Anyway, Nintendo is pulling out all the stops for this title. It is coming out on a Saturday, a day for high profile games in Japan. It is also coming out alongside the release of the two new DS Lite colors. How convenient that people eager to purchase this new DS will see Phantom Hourglass stocked at the counter as well! Add in the touch screen controls, and this may be the Zelda title to get Japan interested once again.
