Questa era l'interfaccia usata da Nintendo per l'online del suo sistema satellitare BS-X. Ricorda qualcosa?

2 nuovi giochi per Wii

Il primo è "Go! Go! Minon", recentemente annunciato da famitsu, che arriva anche negli Stati Uniti grazie a Success - non si sa nulla ancora di una eventuale uscita europea.

L'altro titolo invece è un nuovo episodio della serie SEGA Puyo Puyo, del quale però non si hanno ancora informazioni.

Nintendo al TGS

Secondo Kotaku pare che quest'anno Nintendo sarà presente al TGS (cosa che non avveniva da anni, se non nel Keynote di Iwata del 2005 dove presentò addirittura il Wiimote), con uno showfloor piuttosto ampio. Il motivo di questo ritorno sembrerebbe sia imputabile a Dragon Quest IX per DS, uno dei brand più popolari in assoluto in giappone. Visto mai che ci scappa l'annuncio del 10 per Wii.

Tobey Maguire riconferma il suo amore per PS3?

Yahoo!: What do you think of the new Spider-Man game?

Tobey Maguire: From what I’ve seen of the Spider-Man 3 game, it looks amazing. There are these interactive cinematic cutscenes, the way you fight — it’s just amazing. I haven’t tried the game on the Wii yet, but I’m really excited as you can use the wands to actually swing through the air. So you’re actually moving like Spider-Man, and your guy moves like Spider-Man through the game. So I’m really excited to try that out. But, of course, as a good company man, I will be primarily playing the Spider-Man 3 game on the PlayStation 3.

Nights, intervista.

Sonic and the Secret Rings seemed to take a few pages out of NiGHTS' book - putting Sonic 'on rails' for example - and did very well as a result of it. To reverse the situation, are you taking any inspiration from Secret Rings?

Takeshi Iizuka: The inspiration that drives us to make the sequel is appeasing the loyal fan base that has wanted to play a sequel to the original NiGHTS game. We want to make the best game possible so that not only our loyal fans will enjoy it but that we can introduce NiGHTS to a whole new generation of gamers that we hope will fall in love with it like so many have.

Christmas NiGHTS cleverly employed the Saturn's internal clock to alter the game world, particularly the weather conditions. Any chance of the Wii Weather Channel being used for some similar effects?
Takeshi Iizuka: What's exciting about the Wii is that it has a lot of great functions that we would like to take advantage of...we have some really special surprises for all!

And what about using Miis?
Takeshi Iizuka: The sequel is being designed around real human struggles. The story is about self-discovery and the belief in oneself. So, we're designing the game around human characters that interact with NiGHTS in the dreamworld of Nightopia.

Mario Strikers e l'online

Original Nintendo Magazine ha condotto un intervista su Mario Strikers e l'online:

ONM: Mario Strikers Charged is the first wifi game for the Wii in the UK. Has that put pressure on you to get it right?

MI: (Mike Inglehart, Next Level Games): Our main goal is to ensure a quality gameplay experience so we’ve had to make a lot of design choices that all us to deliver that. We’ve never had to compromise anything that’s limited our wifi feature set; this game is about multiplayer and thats’s been our focus from the beginning.

ONM: Will we be able to play people from all over the world or are we limited to specific regions?

MI: Wifi in Mario Strikers Charged is region specific so we can ensure a quality gameplay experience. The game is very twitch based and reactive, so it’s important for us to keep lag to a minimum.

Quindi non potremo aprire muli a giocatori dal giappone o dagli USA. Ora....speriamo che ci sia un sistema di ricerca mondiale...perchè messa cosi lascia un pò l'amaro in bocca la cosa

Will D'angelo del web site Wiicast, ha costruito un orologio di Donkey Kong comprando i materiali a un mercatino spendendo solamente 15 dollari in tutto. La fantasia non ha limiti.

Famitsu riporta alcune date di uscita Giapponesi

Ecco il link. Nintendarea e' sicura che Super Mario Galaxi uscira' vicino alla date di uscita Giapponese. Nessuno in Nintendo vuole perdersi il Natale sia in America che in Europa.
